      You might recall that at the end of our last seaso You might recall that at the end of our last season, we swapped out our usual Wakehurst end of season trophies for medals instead. Our plan was to use the difference in cost to support other Little Athletics clubs who have been affected by recent flooding. We are happy to report that the money saved from this (plus some $$ saved from our rained-out Christmas parties of late) means Wakehurst were able to buy Lismore Little Athletics an electric multi timer to replace the one lost in the floods, so their athletes can get into some middle distance running this season! So happy to be able to help in some small way. Thanks to our Wakehurst families for the support 💕and good luck to the Lismore athletes this coming season!

We adjust our training sessions based on attendance (splitting the group into two sessions if necessary), so make sure you keep an eye on your inbox in case there are changes to session times for next week!

So please remember to mention us whenever you buy!

You can either head to the track at Narrabeen on Sunday 4th September between 11am and 12pm, or Lionel Watts (for our first training of the season) on Wednesday 7th September between 5:30pm and 6:30pm to collect everything you need!

There’ll be a run down of the season from the president and treasurer, and nominations and voting on the committee for 2022/23. Head to St Martin’s school hall in Davidson from 3:30pm for drinks for a 4pm awards start. Drinks, lucky door prizes, medals and trophies up for grabs - exciting stuff for both kids and adults!!
